My Role & Collaboration
I was hands-on across strategy, concepting and execution, producing static, animated and video content on a monthly basis. Working closely with a copywriter and digital strategist, I helped run internal workshops to identify key calendar moments and shape content plans. We worked in quarterly cycles, rolling out monthly campaigns that balanced brand consistency with fresh, engaging creative.
Creative Approach
Employee stories and cultural relevance became central to the work. Over time, this approach helped build trust with the client and evolved into a long-term partnership that continues today.

At Ph. Creative
Overview
I’ve worked with Church & Dwight for over three years as their lead designer for employer brand social content. While C&D is home to some of the most recognisable FMCG brands in the US, their employer brand social channels lacked a clear voice and relied heavily on generic stock imagery. The aim was to create content that better reflected their culture, values and people.

This is a selection of some of the posts I created during the three years I spent creating content for Church & Dwight. There was also a mixture of illustration, photography, animation and video content.
Results
Performance & Impact
Over a 12-month period, the content delivered 257,783 engagements (up 58%), 14,793 new followers (up 66%), and nearly 4 million impressions (up 124%).
Recruitment Outcomes
Crucially, the work also drove applications. Job apply clicks increased by 316%, while job views rose by 4,229%. By shifting the focus to real employee stories and timely moments, we transformed their social channels into a space people wanted to follow and a powerful tool for attracting top talent.
